The Partner in charge of the Property Department, David Whitney has many years of experience in advising freeholders and property managers with regards to all issues of Landlord and Tenant law including debt recovery. We will generally look to tailor our approach to match the needs of the client. Our services are offered on an agreed fixed fee basis and we are happy to take on contested as well as uncontested matters.
